IT Essentials includes standard monitoring services, systems management, optional security tools, and Technology Solutions vCIO service. The IT Essentials package includes discounted hourly and project rates for additional services.

- vCIO Quarterly Account Review
Technology Solutions prepares and delivers a report on at most, a quarterly basis, outlining all services performed, current customer business initiatives/projects, timelines/status for existing projects, and recommendations moving forward. - 24×7 Desktop and Server Monitoring and Alerting
24×7 monitoring and alerting on all PC’s and Servers, regardless of location. - Network Device Monitoring
Monitoring of network devices for critical events and availability. - Application and/or Database Monitoring
Monitoring of database performance and availability on Servers covered under this agreement and will trigger alerts for any critical condition detected. - Security Updates
Scheduled patch & update installation services as part of the Monitoring Services offering. - Backup Monitoring
Monitoring of a current 3rd party backup solution already in place. This includes monitoring of the system logs and any notifications/events from the backup application. - Backup Services, Monitoring and Administration (Additional Fee)
Complete backup services & management for PC’s and Servers at any location. Backup options include local, remote, or cloud based storage and recovery. - Anti-Virus Protection (Additional Fee)
Comprehensive anti-virus software and monitoring & management services. - Anti-Malware Protection (Additional Fee)

IT Complete is Technology Solutions’ comprehensive IT support/management solution.
IT Complete includes all of the IT Essentials components as well as:

Access to a dedicated vCIO resource as needed between Quarterly Reviews. - Help Desk Services
Complete basic help desk support services, including the following:- Basic network troubleshooting – desktop network connectivity, internet availability, and wireless networking connectivity.
- Standard PC support – user login/access, operating system, standard applications (pre-defined), internet access, print/network connectivity, and virus/malware support.
- Remote worker IT support – PC Remote Desktop connectivity and standard PC support.

Ordering, configuration, and deployment of IT related equipment, including PC’s, Server’s, and network devices. - Mobile Device Support

Technology Solutions vCIO can act as an “as-needed” resource to mentor existing internal IT resources. The vCIO can also provide assistance/guidance for areas/times where existing resources have either skillset or availability gaps.
